why is my client this small when i opened it??

It has to do with your graphic drivers; I've seen this issue before...um..you need to reinstall Direct X9 or higher if I'm correct

my other client works perfect...but there are few client of mine that i have been testing it then that shows up

What is your client version?

use old set up, i think your client os is windows xp?

Start the Setup.exe using administrator's privilege. then, set them correctly, then click OK. after that, re-open the client..

*Notice correctly the Resolution.

my client date starts with 2011. . Also i tried all kinds of setup, the new and old one even the blue. . I run it all as admin.also i tried al kinds of resolutions

Your client is newer than the olde working one. Setup.exe may not be applicable to the newer one.
