Where is sitting regen scripted?

search for:

there you can edit the source. ^-^

The HP/SP Recovery is source based not a script. U can increase the rate of HP and sp Regen in conf/battle

If the config files are enough then I recommend using them.

If you want a special implementation, you'd need to modify the source code. The right position in the code depends a bit on how you want to modify it.
