I am looking to make, and to continue working on, a redefined version of Ragnarok's graphics. Here's an example of what the changes will look like.
The project will take much time to complete since there are well over 100,000 images to change.

This is going  to be released in the future. Mostly free to the public.

This is going to be processed with all textures and items as well to match the sprites of the players.

The goal?
-Finish all Textures for the world before 2024

-Finish all Sprites before mid 2024

Demo Release: 

Demo releases exlcude several key textures for many popular areas. Get the premium version added to your Custom GRF to unlock all features.
This pack must be loaded before both data.grf and rdata.grf. All premium users must have an encrypted GRF for their server. No purchases available for unencrypted GRFs.

maybe try learning ai upscale[ERSGAN] for better definition  and photoshop automate for multiple images /kis

As good as that looks, it doesn't fit the art form that Ragnarok Online was built around. I want to keep as much of the nostalgia and original art-style we all know and love. Just with some more definition.
Perhaps, once I finish this project I will do another one for a more AI-created style, though, it will change the way the entire game looks and may not feel like the classic Ragnarok Online experience.

There was an issue, but I have resolved it. I am back to converting images once again. I've added the latest snapshot of what things are looking like so far.

I have posted a demo link to check out the textures yourselves. Please report any issues I can get fixed for the primary release.
Package contains cps.dll and the demo GRF. Add the demo grf name into your data.ini to get it running.

The initial Texture pack has almost been processed to the end.
I will now be accepting your own maps that are not in the official data GRFs to do this exact same change. This will keep things looking great if you are looking to use ustom maps.
Discord only please, must be a .zip or .grf file, non-encrypted. I need Texture Folders you used for the map with their exact directory names please.

Im sry it's not mine. It looks not much better. I don't like the outlines. In parts the complete colours are darker. I think upscaling and afterwards a bit Photoshop to make it match to RO looks better.

It's just mine opinion.
