problem while compiling a latest rathena git

here is the warnings ive encountered it doesnt stop the compiling however i buggers me seeing this

is there any way to remove this?

In addition when i try to start the server this error shows

but in my old rathena git i can start the server without this kind of error?

what seems to be the problem

i just downloaded the new git i didnt update my old rathena

maybe ip / ports problem. need to checking on that.

but i dont have that kind of connection error using my old git

ive checked all the IPs its working fine

i mean its all added

try to install install devtoolset-7-gcc 

> sudo yum install devtoolset-7-gcc devtoolset-7-gcc-c++

> scl enable devtoolset-7 bash

then try to recompile again
