In my opinion, NEVER use a host that provides Ragnarok with its own service, as I have already suffered twice from this, they steal your content.

Self hosting is more safe 

You can get a VPS running on CentOS, Debian or Ubuntu and install the server manually

and if you faced any problem you can just search or ask here in the forum and sure you will get help from the forum members!

Go to OVH or Digital , like everyone say, stay away RO Hosting Services, they still content.

This kind of thing been answered in a decade since eAthena times. Self-Hosting is the only way you can fully secured your files. That's all. (Never rely on those shitty RO 1 Click-Setup). Unless if you're dumb then go for it.

I had my server hosted in pony, everything was fine until I realized that I wanted the psd of the flux that I bought for free wtf ahahha and when I told him that he did not get angry there he made the decision to emigrate to DO
