Solution for "Windows - Entry Point Not Found, Cannot init d3d or grf file has problem"

Since this has been a common and a recurring issue to many AMD/Radeon users, and possibly other GPU brands, it was decided to pin a solution in this section.
Solution:
Browse to your Ragnarok folder, find and rename dbghelp.dll to dbghelp.dll_old.
Launch the game.

i encountered this one to some AMD users. it's because of the new drivers , and i found out that its still the problem since 2018, and AMD won't even awknowledge the issue. btw, nice sharing it will help others

use setup/opensetup.exe

if its regarding amd, then just delete dbghelp.dll .

i have this error just open the setup and lesser your resolution after that went ok.!
