Looking for new kRO maps files

Hi all,
I'm looking for the new Star Emperor and Soul Reaper maps (.gat / .gnd / .rsw)... I believe they are just these:

• 1@soul
• star_frst
• star_in

It is maps for job change quests for Star Emperor and Soul Reaper.
Put it in your grf and update mapchache.

how to install them, and i have ragnarok offline but the star emperor and soul reaper dont have their 3rd job skill and their sprite still novice sprite
do you know how to fix those issues??

1. install - put this maps in your grf (use GRF Editor) and update mapchache.
2. novice sprite - use new game exe (2018-05+).
3. skills - they are not implented yet.

You can try use this pull (https://github.com/rathena/rathena/pull/4386)
