I wanted to create a server and I want to buy hosting and I want a person to set up the server
Are there sites that have bought them for cheap hosting?

You won't get a host cheaper than $10 that can run rAthena and MySQL.

ExtraVM, game servers are around 5 usd...also Digital Ocean, Vultr, are cheap options.

5$ vps are not worth if u dont know what to do about it.. the best way is go for the ragnarok hosting services
