my thor patcher is downloading the patches but the patches were never applied. im trying patch clientinfo.xml, anyone can give me solution? Thor patcher 2.6.4.13, 2.6.4.13b, 2.6.4.0

can a thor patcher add an update that goes to the system folder instead of grf to update the item info thing? cause it seems everytime i would update, i have to make a new download for just the iteminfo.lua thank you in advance

When ever i try to upload something via thor patcher, to add items as an example. this is what always happens. I was wondering if anyone knows how do I fix this. Very sorry if this might be a basic problem, I'm new to this.
