Hmm...it is better to update your revision to the latest first before trying what I have just told you and everything would be clear.. but make sure you are using rAthena not eAthena or 3CeaM. Because on the latest rAthena instead of Account Level on the database it is now being replaced by Group ID there are many changes actually but I suggest you update your revision first..

rAthena used the new system for commands. Entries inside the atcommand.conf are aliases for a certain command. (ex. @mobinfo its alias would be @mi) And entries should be entered this way: command: ["alias"{,"alias2",....}] example for @mobinfo mobinfo: ["monsterinfo", "mi"] Therefore you don't need to enter item command on the atcommand.conf if you don't have any alias for it. Instead go to your groups.conf Lets say you want to enable @item for Group ID #4 Find the group id and then inside the commands: { } Add item: [true]

Try scanning the Official RO's data files. It is inside the wav folder I forgot the filename though but try hearing them all. There is a certain format for the filename if it is a skill sound effect skill.

I say I would recommend rAthena if you want to setup your own public renewal server. Yes, rAthena is based on Renewal but for now Sorcerer and Genetics skills were not yet coded, therefore they don't have skills ATM but for the other 3rd Jobs they are find and good to go.

You can implement it on your server. Since rAthena has the database for Malaya Port Monsters you would only need their sprites from PRO data.

KRO doesn't have the Malay port monsters It is exclusively for PRO.

The reason that your IP ban is not working is that the banned player would just turn their modem off and turn it on again to get a new IP address(For short Dynamic IP Address).
