Not sure about the first row. But out of curiosity, why you want to delete that part? Doesn't it kill the entire purpose of the bank if you can't deposit or withdraw zeny?

i try to hex it using hxd but i only got the graphics direction of those two and didn't hide it

so if i customize the hell judgement does that skill will show a casting circle while casting to each target?
and i think the creator success a custom multi target casting skill to different monster from this one
See pet Baphomet Jr. casting a thunder storm individually at the sametime with AoE casting Cirlce
EDIT: i tried to manipulate it using unit_skilluse_id by disabling all check once skill at the time and skill_castend_id this is what i got
the casting target is now multiple by its slash distance to the caster but it didnt create damage plus when you kill one of them it cancel that casting

yea but my point is it cast to different monster with a single skill and take note single target skill cast one 1 target at the time look at the video link that i share with you it casts' 3 nearby mobs with the skill Jupitel Thunder like that user uses 3 same skill at the sametime
See the Jupitel Thunder and the Casting Circle during casting period
i just want to know how did creator of this video do that?

yeah but how did they manage to cast single skill to multiple mobs?
have you see the casting circle to each mobs that indicate that it casting to a single skill itself but they manage to cast it from different mobs
and i think it is frost driver btw
i tried to use NPC_WIDEFREEZE to my character the effect different to that video

I'm trying to attempt this :
