si lo que quieres es crear exes del 2013 con los packetes de diff incluyendo la opción de 3d bones usa xDiffPatcher para crear los exe 2013 http://rathena.org/board/topic/82727-xdiffpatcher-xdiffgen2-packet-parser-and-packet-extractor/ aqui puedes descargarlo es ya de tu elección la fecha.
