Anyway, in this dresspack.grf, the SC alternate outfit not yet included.. but i've seen somebody share it.. i'll do some digging.. and once found, i will upload it here. V1.6 - Added alternate Ranger outfit. V1.7 - Added alternate Warlock outfit. v1.8 - Added alternate Minstrel/Wanderer outfits. precisely u don't have those 3rd job palletes & sprite... and this alternate outfit basically from jRO. not kRO... so by getting the latest data.grf also won't solve the problem.. perhaps this would be the missing palletes which might solve ur problem.. http://herc.ws/board/files/file/230-dress-pack/ i still curious why in following topics, the topic starter won't attach the dresspack grf to the latest version https://rathena.org/board/topic/104205-2015-client-support/ this on server side.. yup.. upon this commit, rAthena already further supported Ranger, Minstrel/Wanderer, Warlock and Shadow Chaser alternate outfit.. just on client side.. missing the pallete.. u can download the latest version dresspack, 1.8 & assign it on Data.ini.. or u can merge it into ur custom grf.. hopefully this will help..

Yeah.. i noticed it too.. quite classic client.. @mrlongshen.. take note.. @bajing88 if u check in the packet_db.txt, what client version stated there for default? just check ur idnum2itemdesctable, idnum2itemdisplaynametable & idnum2itemresnametablein ur data folder or ur grf.. make sure that the id of the item, is exist on these 3 files... if not, u have to add manually into these 3 files..

Is it any languagetype define in clientinfo.xml?

just give him time to learn.. perhaps later he will eager to know how to enable back the packet encryption on client side using nemo + enable packet obfuscation on server side by src/config/core.h + match the packet key encryption in the packet_db.txt perhaps later he learn another trick how to regenerate packet key to be insert 1st, 2st & 3rd packet on client-side by using nkwz RO Toolkit + match the key in the packet_keys_use in the db/packet_db.txt once he enable back packet obfuscation in the src/config/core.h

Owh man... not sure about this client.. but, i think it is the item description that is missing.. if the item is missing.. should be the item will be identify by apple.. not sure about this client.. is it still using idnum2tables?

What Ragexe client version that u r using?

perhaps u disable packet obfuscation in core.h + disable packet encryption in nemo.. i think should work fine..

perhaps u could provide us some infos: 1. what Ragexe client date u are using. 2. the patch list of ur nemo patcher, perhaps sometimes one of the patch fail and contribute the unknown packet error..

forgot to mention.. i mean if he did disable packet encyption on nemo patcher, thus he need to disable it on server side too.. but, if not.. then it is not the packet obfuscation problem.

up to date, rathena packet_db.txt is only up to 55 which its belong to 2015-11-04aRagexe client. so if u would like to add another packet_db, the packet will belong to what client? currently got 2 newer client, 2016-02-03aRagexeRE & 2016-12-28aRagexeRE.. thus, eventhough the packet number will be 56, but, its packet db for number 56 is different for these 2 clients i mention above..

well i guess u can make it if @Ai4rei willing to share with u the background & the button image (start & cancel).. it such a nice patcher too... simplified GUI.. i also would mind to try if can have the image.. xD..

i think i know somebody who have the capability on unpacking client. u can try to ask @renniw as previously he did unpack 2015-11-04 client.. perhaps by buying some coffee for his help later.. why not right.?

for me.. it depends on the user itself.. if the user are transitioning from older client which previously used idnum2tables. perhaps the solution that i've posted above is for them are much easier.. i can on the client side support & request, there are a quite few people are still don't know how to use itemInfo.. so if they would like to continue using old method in adding custom item, this solution might be ideal for them.xD

But the data files on the above is in lua right? So how i'm gonna convert it from lua to lub? Is it just simply change the extension from lua to lub?

i do have a kind of situation like u.. but on different item. what i did is.. i try to look on other private server. check either it has the same custom item.. then, i downloaded the lite client. extract the grf. once extracted, checkmate! hahaha.. it depend on ur luck.. sometimes the grf is encrypted.
