When you get disconnected (the player) does the map server spit anything out? Stating as to why that player got booted?

No it doesn't need to be placed inside your GRF. It is meant to be placed in your root directory of where your ragnarok is installed. .../AI just like where your System/ folder and data/ folder is placed.

Why would you wanna add a custom lua file? For what purpose? o_o There are no guides (that I'm aware of) to add in your own Lua Files. Doing this you will need to know how to hex the client to Read such a lua file and tell the client what's the purpose of the lua file (What is it going to accomplish in its role)?

No. The only solution is to transfer over to rAthena since rAthena fixed that problem with the Enable all Skills in r15642 so I suggest you either transfer over to rAthena or implement the fix yourself

Not necessarily.. if your SVN working copy is outdated (severely), you will be faced with errors whenever you update to the latest just because codes where either moved around in the source, added where old codes where, etc. This goes for any single file in your SVN. Basically, you shouldnt keep your SVN working copy outdated for a while. I suggest you keep updated as much as you can especially if the SVN got overhauled (like the NPC folder recently). Whenever I can, I try to keep my working copy updated.
