    That's probably a langtype problem. That's means you didn't install a full client. Get Miruku. This is a basic rAthena client, not a full installation.

    You need some diffing tools: Shinryo's Diff patcher, WeeDiffGen, and some new clients also in the weetools repository.

    You can just make a change to the existing items to allow them for Super novices or just create a new item script. If you don't know how to do either head over to the wiki and read up.

    Does the client say there are missing textures? If so, what textures? Just give a couple of examples if it does.

    That's also a very old version of phpMyAdmin. I have experienced all kinds of problems with that version, it seems they've improved greatly recently though. I like MySQL Workbench as well, they made part of the setup more difficult than it used to be, back when it was different applications.

    I think it has to do with what's official. I guess they're deciding that quest items should not be able to be deleted.

    Could be that you didn't add the right client-side entries for the other map. Check over your client-side stuff.
