Have you given access to your external server? If not, use this:
Example:
GRANT SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE, INSERT ON db_name.table_name TO mysqluser@externalhost IDENTIFIED BY 'yourpassword';

Did your grf already have dyes in it? Also did you update your client.conf? so, does your fixed-pallete has dyes in it ? yes, of course i do update my client.conf, how do i know its error if i not configure it first and then test it out with @dye / dye npc =.=
Yes it does that's what palettes are, they're dyes.
