just testes this Script whit 5 New Chars , It Works like a Charm no Problems while use the skill points etc. Changed from First too Second class , and made a few Job LVL = I can lvl My Skills Changed from Second too Third , and made a few job lvl = I Can lvl my SKills. im not sure what you make wrong , but maybe it could be a Client Problem , or a Problem whit your LUB files. what kind of EXE do you using ?

be sure too put all the Stuff from Data Folder into your Custom GRF and place it in your Data.INI , and remove the DIFF READ DATA FOLDER FIRST should look like this

normaly the skill would have a Cast duration from 2 seconds , it seem he romeved the skilk cast delay. edit: just checket the Dangerus Soul COllect it got a Cast Duration from 2 Seconds . My EXE dont got a click delay , im using 2012-04-10 too

you have too put all yur custom items , in the Iteminfo.lub located in the SYSTEM folder

das liegt an den Item in der Item DB , teilweise sind einige mit Renewell werten drinne , auch wenn man die PRE-RE DB nimmt , Eine Normale Diabolus Armor hatt eine Def von 7 , eine Renewall Diabolus Armor hatt eine Def von 79 Also einfach mal deine PRE-RE item DB durchgehen und mal schauen wo deff über 10 ist , das sind meist dann noch Renewall werte, Ich meine die FULL PLATE[1] müsste auch noch RE sein. und einfach die Werte abändern und itemdb reloaden . dann musste aber ALLE bereits exisstierenden Armor löschen , da diese nicht von Reload betroffen werden. und die Itembeschreibungen solltest du auch Client seitig anpassen gerade nochmal geschaut laut der Import SQL hatt die Diabolus Armor die Korrekten werte , du hast scheinbar wirklich die item-db-re.sql eingespielt bei dir , und das aufm PRE -RE server
