To remove HP reduction edit skill_require_db.txt

Not sure about this but try to look at your item_noequip.txt

Try PonyVPS or Wanhosting.

I'd recommend Pony and Wan Hosting. Cheap and fast support. Ragnahosting is good as well but they are currently having issues with their customers.

Run cd /root/trunk. Also, you may try to contact PonyVPS for support. They can help you regarding your issue.

You need to manually adjust skill delay of each and every skill you want to modify. Edit it here skill_cast_db.txt

Go to the base of your rAthena directory, right-click inside the folder and select TortoiseSVN's 'Apply patch...' option; then select the .diff/.patch file to use for patching the file.
