can someone teach me how to change the current 3rd job sprite to the new one from jRO?

i've searched for this problem but none of it works and some just said they solved it without saying solution.. please help me step by step

that has been solved already the server is fine but still i can't login it says failed " Failed to authenticate (5011) / Rejected from server (30)"
