Aeia Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 In what place do you prefer your hosting to be located? Los Angeles California or Las Vegas Nevada? By the way, I don't know if this is the correct thread to ask. Thank you in advance! Quote
Playtester Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Since both is pretty much west coast, I don't think it matters much. West Coast US is pretty bad for Europeans but otherwise good. Quote

Aeia Posted November 15, 2014 Author Posted November 15, 2014 (edited) My current host is TrinityNetworks and my current service is the DRO one which is located at Las Vegas Nevada. Me and my players are currently having disconnection problems every now and then. And also I haven't receive any of their replies lately. So I think I might go with the other host which is located at Los Angeles California. Oh and also, what hosting company would you suggest? Anyway, Thank you for your opinions! Winz Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 Me? Taiwan please. I live in Taiwan. connecting to a server in around your place is kind of suicide: to WoE with 200+ ms of ping. proper answer: depends on where you are and where your players will be. if you want to make the server has players from all around the world, then you need to get a server with an ultra high speed data transmission to all over the world Quote
