R>Color change of my Sword sprite

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi everyone...I just tried converting a weapon from another gamefor the 1st time (not from RO) and I edited it based on a working RO sword sprite (dimensions/act/etc). The problem is after compiling the bmps to sprite....the background(magenta) still appears in sprViewer and in game....How do I fix it and make it look normal on RO and my sprViewer/Actor????

for a color to become invisible in a sprite it should either be pure magenta (#FF00FF = Full Red, Full Blue, No Green) or it must be the first color in the sprite's palette.

In your case it looks like the Magenta might not be pure magenta.

THX for the advice dude...I got it almost perfect except that one frame still appeared magenta in Actor but it seems fine in sprViewer...I did the same on the 4 pictures and I dont know what's up now....
