For job changer u cant do anything u can only Disable 3rd class. (See the last line of jobmaster.txt) For server and quest, theres no quest for rebellion as far as i know which has been implemented by rA yet. U just go to rAthena/npc/re/job quests(i think) and see if rebellion is present . If its there then go to rathena/npc/re and find scripts_athena.conf and type // before the job quest of rebellion.
