normally is caused by a misconfiguration, check the links and name of the files (:

my old patcher is THOR. and i hired someone to make a patcher for me. then he gave me the files and everything in my plist have been edited and changed accordingly. and now my problem is i have no idea what to do next. I got the files for my patcher, everything is already updated on the plist, but when I click my old patcher still the same patcher.

you need to configure it properly like Kido said. Make sure patches are uploaded, paths are correct and upload your config file.

hmm maybe the guy you hired didn't good the work, ask him/she andhim/shi shouldn't request you any payment because basiclly is its fault, if the one hired gets helpless or doesn't want to help you at all, tell us who is, we can't ban him or something but at least we can warn other users

 

in short, tell to the one you hired that the patcher is not working and to fix it or ask how to fix it, you don't have to pay at all

 

before, check the paths, the names, the config
