I found a site with low poly models but the archive come with the extension " .skp " how i do for open this archive in 3ds max?? my version is 2010... i was searching in the google but appears what the plugin is pay .... have other mode?? because the models is low polys >< i need them xD

Those are Google Sketchup models. It support 3ds at the time you want to export, so you can import it in max easily.

but dont have this option in my 3ds max '-' when i will import dont appears the model T_T my version of 3ds max is 2010 xD

The option to export as 3ds comes with the google sketchup program, not by max. You have to open these ones with sketchup and export as 3ds, then begin to edit them in max

Unable to reproduce with Autodesk 3ds Max 2012. I've tried importing a random (this) model from the link you provided, and it showed up just fine (even without using sketchup first).

 

Did you try importing in 3ds Max directly?

Have another mod for export the model for ragnarok??? .... i thought in give up ¬¬ models in 3D is very hard >< When i open the model in Sketchup it was appears texturized ... have a mode for i export only the textures??? i will see other tutoriais again xD

Sketchup doesn't support UVW map coordinates natively :P only map colors per faces. This design program is more oriented for architectural designs not in gaming where map textures are a must.

 

You can always use it to have a mesh you want tho, and texturize it by yourself. Btw, In Syouji browedit tutorials, you can find some examples of what are you asking too.

I saw the tutorial the problem is when i will export the texture, dont have the option in my 3ds max but in 3ds max of syouiji have T_T
