how can change the skill no delay like Eathena 150 dex = to no skill delay cast

 

i want to change my no skill delay cast 

125 or / 120 = no skill delay cast

 

how can fix that? help me i dont know

and this for specific skills

If skill cast go to conf>battle>skill.conf and find this line
