How to fix this? please help... T_T

the 1st frame was ok but the following frames change its color please help... T_T 

 

(i didnt encounter problems like this before)

Check if all the images are following the same palette. Also uncheck the Encode option while creating the sprite in SprConview.

I already did those two but still only the 1st frame shows right... T_T

Try to convert it to 8 bits.


Photoshop-> Image-> Mode-> Indexed color
Then import an ACT table, and save.

All images i did was in indexed color, still no luck... T_T

in the SPR conviewer you should dismark the option "encode" when make the .spr archive maybe is this :P excuse me my english

This is a palette mess up. Obviously all images are indexed if it's seen in SPR Conview. So it's not related to image format. Neither I think it's related to the encode value, there are no placement problems in his sprite, but color ones.

This always means that images are not sharing the same palette. You are doing something wrong if you say they are sharing the same palette. Keep in mind that in indexed images' color tables not only colors are important, but the way they are indexed. So if you have a palette with red, blue and yellow, it will be different from a palette with blue, yellow, red.That's way they are called indexed :P.

 

In the other hand, we don't use .act to save palettes, but .pal (Palette or MS Palette).

 

RE-index all the images using the palette of the first frame.
