You need DDoS Protection.

it's usually caused by failed continuous login attempt. And since it's a local IP it's probably you type a wrong password then keep repeating the same thing over and over.

I Think This Problem Happend From Website Ping To Check Status Server

 

And You 've Many Player In The Website and Press Refresh Everytime

 

Server 'll Detect This Progress As DDOS Attack

How do you restart your server? Close login char and map console then run it again..

try 2 use hamachi if you still working in ur server . and the same time you can connect some of your friend .

It's not literally ddos. If you login with wrong password multiple times. Your server will acknowledge it as a DDOS attack ( though really it's not ) and will reject your ip address in a while.
