It's not supported yet on rathena but it will give you the possibility to have a protection with the bot, wpe, rpe by encrypting your packet

maybe i found a bug - cant say if its client side but i think so

 

since iam using the new exe files there is no quest description in the quest window anymore... (see screenshot attached)

 

The quest infos will be readen from data\luafiles514\lua files\quest\epquest\questinfo

and even if i use the original lub files of kro or the english customs or mine one... i cant get it to work

Seems like it's "Disable Nagle algorithm", without it I can get to char select normally.

Disable Nagle algorithm works fine for me, allready tried maybe in combination with another  diff

Still no effect, i tried without read quest2display.txt now, but there is still no text and the quest2displey just shows the text on the right side of the display there is all fine...

will the text of quests be displayed in your own diffed exe? you allready tried?

 

iam kinda on it the hole day using different lubs and luas but somhow the text will not be diplayed in my questbook (rest will: like how many to kill and quest reward)

EDIT: Lol, something went wrong with screenshot quality.. i tried to enter 99 because i do not know what to enter

but i think you can see the problem on the left about the quest window

Edit2: Oh i disabled screen quality and still the same black&white screen with exe file.. but i done the screen before with latest diff... i dont know whats wrong now - maybe i restart pc

Please change the date in the mmo.h date, clean and rebuild your emulator, and same things as Filgaja, delete the untranslated file in the skillzinfo folder or the files who just have function into it

For the quest issue, delete all file in the quest folder where there is not translation into it (could be func issue)

New adventures with the 2013-06-05 client diffing.

1 rAthena newest svn downloaded, packetver 36, recompiled with the date.

2. Dowloaded the newest rev. 37. data, loaded. "LUBBED" and used. The luatolub.bat has some errors (lua files directory wrong). System also. Some data txt files go into the "root" ragnarok directory

.3. Client diffing:

3.1 In the case of all possibilities clicking, the diffpatcher asks Custom Window Title, Increase screenshot quality, Packet first key and Packet Keys Change.

3.2. If I not clicked the Packed Keys Change, the client behavior goes into korean (calling original setup, unstoppable).

I could not able to make proper client setup.

4. I examined the data.grf and rdata.grf structure. I think the korean guys make some changes if I see well.

It took almost a day for me.

well the new client is compiled with VC10  as a result, the exe is showing a lot of modification brought about by the change of compiler version . Along with that they have done some changes of their own to the code.

To Shakto:

1. I fixed the packetver, downloaded the new diff file, and make a mostly perfect patched exe. The minor problems I noticed before, are remained (training ground quest, navigation window). I put the luatolub.bat to the wrong place (data folder), you are right, but I corrected the paths in it so it works perfectly. After that I put that onto the right place...

2. I read the http://rathena.org/board/topic/83750-2013-ragexe-support-main-topic/ topic and fixed the chat label.

3. During login procedure, there is an error (skipped):

lua files\quest\Quest_function:

[string "buf"]:6: bad argument to 'ipairs' (table expected got nil)

I think it belongs to the party-booking section.

Last info: after relogin the characters have no any items what they had obtained before.

Last_last info: SVN 17341 good, SVN 17368 bad. I will check my server tomorrow... today.
