MatkRate is not working, help!

MatkRate is not working, help!! i tried put 100 or 10, also didnt add anything damage on monster..

i believe it has something to do with the src...or the client itself...

if i am not mistaken....this bonus has not show the bonus in client since very very long time ago....or perhap it never did.....

at least i never show this bonus shown in the status there till today ...

no, because my const.txt inside don have bonus bMatk .... if i change it to the latest const.txt . the HP increase large potion will have a bug, it will gives 50k Attack to the player whenever the player use the HP increase large potion..... help..
