Character Delete problem (2012-04-10aRagexeRE Client)

Good day, I would like to ask for help on how am I going to fix my problem with Character Deletion in 2012-04-10aRagexeRE. I have followed the format on how to input the birthday when deleting a Character on my account but it always says "Your entered birthday does not match" even if it's the correct birthday still invalid. how am I going to fix this? help me please
