Character Delete problem

I'm try to delete the a character, when it ask for an email address (Valid email address) I've input the email but when I enter it, a message pops out and says that "Your entered birthday does not match". I'm just confuse, the client ask for an email but why does that message appear? please help me, attached are the screenshots of the problem.

I think newer clients uses birthdate as an authentication for deleting characters.

but the birth date of the account in my phpmyadmin says 0000-00-00 but when i try to use those numbers still the same errors pops out.

From "E-mail Adress (Case Sensitive)"

to

"Birthdate (YYMMDD)"
