it is working now thank you, i dont know what fixes the issue, i had noticed that there is a mapcache inside the db/re folder and db/pre-re folder, i copied and pasted the mapcache from db to db/re i also added 1250.. so i dont what fixes the issue xD

darn, my 2008rwc maps are ok, but im missing .gnd files in my 2011rwc so im having errors, are there anyway to create a .gnd file for my 2011rwc maps?

You need to find those files so you could probably try to find them on the web or try to create them using Browedit I believe. And you fixed the issues probably cause you added ID numbers beside your custom maps in the map_index.
