When u hexed client to use english string "Make Character" you shouln't fill all other bytes with spaces (HEX: '20'). After 16 bytes for this string - other bytes are used for path to your missing window. Solution is to use '00' (not '20') Byte after your string. E.g: '<HEX OF "MAKE CHARACTER" (14 bytes)> 00 00' and dont change path for winmake2 window.
