You need copy every block of Kagerou/Oboro to ur SRC manually and there might be changes in Ninja block tho. I suggest u just use latest rA and merge changes from ur server for lesser conflicts.

Then you're gonna have to go into our trac and find edits to Kagerou and Oboro and add the changes manually to your server.
