I took an item ID 25301 uses it to put a bonus, but I want to help put an icon for that item in cato see example below, how would you help me?

Those icons will only appear for "Buff" supportive skills/items. However, for those icons, you'd wanna look into the stateicon folder: http://svn6.assembla.com/svn/ClientSide/Lua_Project/lua%20files/stateicon/

you need an old client like 2010 and some 2011 and search for X status icon in eathena,
