In the simplest form, you could write something like this:

set .@code$,"";
for(set .@i,0; .@i<5; set .@i,.@i+1)  // Increase "5" for more digits
 set .@code$, .@code$+rand(10);
mes "Code: "+.@code$;
input .@input;
if (.@input != atoi(.@code$)) close;
// script resumes

Of course, people have gone way above and beyond with ASCII images and such, but that requires a lot more work~
