Changing group id via Item Script

is it possible to change the group id using item script? if yes, how?

query_sql script command is how I've done it in the past. Write an SQL statement that will update the user's group_id column in the char table.

Yes use the script command "atcommand"

Example:
> atcommand "@go 0";
> atcommand "@storage";
