Anybody know where I can download the latest RO files at? I need updated data and rdata information. I can't find any updated files or any that have working patchers for that matter. Thanks.

Definitely not; the speed won't be THAT fast, but it just removes the limitations of how many you can download in a certain interval of a time. As GM Takumirai said; just download the 'Miruku' with Torrent, it's all you need.
