I don't know where to start or what to do

I want to make a website for my friends server yet I don't know where to start should I start by Web hosting and learn to make php and mySQL

or should I just edit my FluxCP?

Depends on what you want to achieve.

Do you want a site that just redirects to flux cp? If so learn html.

Do you want a site that contains online players, and more advanced stuff? If so learn MySQL, Php, and HTML.

Mmh. The more advanced stuff you see is a mixture of php and HTML, I believe.

So, I would start with HTML and work your way up to php. c:
