Are you experiencing any particular errors? Did you follow the download guide precisely?

Make sure you installed it correctly especially with regards to REQUIRED DLL files.

If that's the case, I can only assume you didn't complete the download, or you may be running it out of your C: drive. I'd suggest re-installing it in a folder such as My Documents.

I suggest you to download this , is the full installer of browedit ( Stable ) you only need to change the config.txt and the data/configs/ro.xml ( also yeah im a win 7 user and works perfectly )

BrowEdit can stuck at this step because some linked grf are not in 0x200. (Repack grf format)
