Most people won't go to the effort to watch a whole video unless they know a line or two about the quest they're looking at to begin with. When I'm moderating I sure as hell don't. I don't see a textual one or two line description, then it's not a valid release. I have already edited one of his releases with a quick description. He would do well to continue describing them on the boards too in future or I will continue closing/trashing them, regardless of how good the script is.
