Be my own server host

Goodnight everyone.
Does anyone know how I can be my own Ragnarok host?
I mean to have a static IP and emulate the rathena of my pc in windows.

I want the game to be online but my pc to be the server.

I'm tired of VPS, a lot of lag, disconnections, bad support and above all few solutions.

You need fixed IP address from ISP. usually need to pay more for each month (usually for business plan).
And are you sure your internet are good enough ? Because doesnt mean that others wont have lagging issue if they trying to connect to your fixed IP.

Hire someone to manage your VPS for you.
