Trans 2nd and 3rd job cannot level up skill

Hello sir and maam, good day,

Can anybody know what is the problem on this,? I cant level up my skill when i change job to sniper trans and even ranger?? 

When archer high yes i can level up skills but change to sniper i cant level up skill for that job,

 

I read deferrent topics related this problem but ther is no such a answer or clear answer how it solve

Give us more details. Send us a screenshot of your map-server when you use @skillall with sniper/ranger class.

maybe because you changed something to your job_exp.txt ?

Thank u sir's everybody for replys, 

I think i fix it already, because i try chnage job on my custom npc allinone npc, thats mess my char, so now i use the jobmaster on rathena custom npc, work good now, thanks evryone
