NO FILES on Clientside/dat/only 1 txt inside/

hello sir /maam ,im sorry im new here and im not programmer i dont know how to program but maybe i can follow guide step by step ,
i just only want to add custom items on my ragnarok offline server hercules,
i watch the video in youtube how to do it, but its too fast i cant follow it, and also he open Clientside/dat/datinfo to access lua files,
i wonder how did he get that ,
ill try open my client side and click data, its only have 1 document inside,
how to access in data info sir and maam so i can make custom items?

extract your data in your existing grf using grf builder,, look grf builder in the download section

data / luafiles514 / lua files / datainfo / accessoryid.lub and accname.lub

My grf is download from site still on download folder i didnt extract it yet , which folder i extract grf and what to do nxt sir??

use grfeditor to open your ro.grf and then follow this path
data / luafiles514 / lua files / datainfo / accessoryid.lub and accname.lub

if you want to make a copy right click and then click extract / extract folder

this is my problem how can i access to luafile/datainfo/ because i dont have any in my data folder

Open your data.ini look the 2nd line after the [DATA] thats your priority GRF you used

Example:

[DATA]
1=your.grf
2=rdata.grf
3=data.grf

Download GRF Builder in the download section, then open your grf you used

Is that the data ini i extract or your.grf? I dont see your.grf file inside my kro client what should i do? 

I already download grf builder ,what next where i can find your.grf and what to do nxt sir?  Im sorry im not expert of this

Ahhh ok , so i extract it first in my client side before i copy all the files and paste in kro client sir? Extract only sir ryt? No merg like that??
