Client Crashed when clicked an custom item

hello can anyone tell me what possible error?

i made a custom item....  item successfully viewable on item tab... i can right click on it and see the "collection" image but when i left click it... the client crashed

..i can drop and picked up the item but i needed to use the /dropall command in order to get it.

It's missing one part for sure better check your files

maybe wrong sprite name for act and spr file.

I checked that already... when i drop the item its the act/spr is the one showing im not sure when left clicking it on inventory causes crash

It does not say missing act/spr.... im guess it could be crashing bcuz of color idk
