When use a skill transform into a custom mob

I posted on the wrong section:

 

Hello guys, I want to make a custom skill that when you use it, you will become a custom sprite that I added on my server. How can I do that? And it will display a message when you use it.

I think I'll have to use active_transform  but I am not sure. I don't want it to be activated when I get attacked or when I hit something, I need to activate when I use this Custom Skill.

Is it hard?
