Many Script From Yuchinin request file Common Library like Fishing Simulation He say need Common Libary From He Release like this Script 

then this is Common Libarry file from Yuchinin 

 but im not understand how use this file

he wrote some functions which he uses in his scripts 

if u wana use those scripts you must include his function script to make them work

just add that file you downloaded from the link you pasted like any other npc

Exactly. The library is nothing more than an npc with functions for its systems.

You don't need an example, just add the file the same way you'd add any other NPC script.
