Hexed DATA.INI on client
use anti-bot / anti-hack script can be found around rAthena forum.
use trusted VPS host with DDos protection like OVH

Simply, just host your server to unmanaged Hosting Company such as OVH,Digital Ocean,Limestone Network.
I don't trust resellers out there that provide ready made server.
