Question Reguarding NPCS

is there by any chance a grf out there with all npc sprites in it? i find that even if my rdata and data.grf are uptodate i am still reciving npc errors.

there are tons of npcs here http://nn.ai4rei.net/dev/npclist/ that dont exist or error out while ingame.

The one in the link is a combination of npc's in kRO and in jRO.
you need to download the latest jRO and kRO to avoid errors if you need jRO npc data i can give you just leave me a message

You can extract all the npcs from data/rdata.grf
