but

I all these botton change to korea language!

Where to change these botton to chinese?

Grab a correct data folder and correct msgstringtable.txt

I had a cover the defualt skin.

skin/defualt/

then I change the skin to defualt.

but the login bar and bottons still korea language...

all files copy to the client, but nothing change...

If you want chinesse buttons, why don't grab them from twRO or cRO data.grf ?

Or simply you can make it yourself by using software like photoshop.

did you set your english grf in your data.ini as fist priority?

There you go dude!!! start with clean for testing...  then you will know...
